I worked at Chennai based Public Ltd company for 9 months in 2010 as Project Head / Consultant . There is an Appointment letter which clearly spells out salary, terms & conditions. I was paid for 3 months while 6 months salary is still not paid. I am old , 67 yrs of age & need my salary dues settled as early. I cannot afford upfront payment to lawyers but can compensate by sharing dues % once paid for. What law in India says about protecting interest of an employee & what is the way out. The company in question do not respond my communication.
