Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi There,
I am working for a reputed contact centre in Mumbai,
When the joining the company the offer letter was mentioned stating there is a need for 30 days Notice and the same was agreed on, however now, due to changes in the business we are now asked to give a 60 days notice which we haven�t agreed to,
Can I Dispute this as per Law?

It is a matter of contract.
