I am 26 yeras of age staying in a rented accomodation in new delhi India whereas my father owns a a big ancestral house and is denying me my share of property. Property was created by the father of my grandfather & was then passed on to my grandfather who is still alive with my granmother. Grandfather was the only son in the family & now my father is also the only son & divorced with two sons. I am married also . Please tell under what all sections can i claim the property and is there a provision where i can pay the lawyer fees after the judgement as i am not that financially sound. Also please tell how long will a case like this take to reach judgement??

you can file a suit for partition of the ancestral property and also seek a stay against your father from disposing off the same.
