I admitted two children in school with the facility of transportation now i want to discontinue the transportation facility but school administration is saying that once you opt this you can not discontinue for the entire year and you have to pay the total fee. can i file petition against the school against the said issue.

Since you opted for transportation facility for your kinds, the school is justified in refusing refund on your decision to discontinue the facility.
You cannot keep changing your stand and then blame other persons. It is not advisable to file a case for refund. Moreover, filing of case may prove to be more costly than the refund amount you may claim.
Try to avoid litigation, particularly, when there is no fault of other party.

the school can not compel you for the same as transportation is optional. you may talk to the school authorities else approach the court of law.
