Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Arunachalam(late) had three sons
1.Ramasamy 2. Shanmugam 3.Palanisami
25 acre of agriculture land is divided by three sons and doing agriculture more than 50 years.
Patta for the three sons also come individually. But the Ramasamy and Shanmugam Field patta are interchanged.
With brothers understand they do agriculture as usual, they didnt mind about the interchange of patta name.
Now 1.Ramasamy and 2.Shanmugam both of them are died.
Now 2. Shanmugams wife ask her husband name patta agriculture land.
If we didnt do any improvement in that field means we simply, change the field and give her.
But we pay tax regularly to the field , dig well in that field, we get Electric service for that field.
So we refuse to change the field. We call her to change patta name alone , but she ask to change the field.
If we put case in court means, to whom it will favour
