Assalam O Alaikum!
Sir, kindly favour me with your valuable advice. If there is an FIR against any accused, who was found involved in following crimes:
1. Using of extremely derogatory and threatening remarks on fb Messenger
2. Seducing for manipulation of abortion
3. Planning for dacoity
Can his name be put in ECL, if yes, then what Will be the procedure and how long it will take till action?

You can file a case in cyber crime in Pakistan and can also file case for defamation. And put his name in ECL. For more detail call us
either you must be an aggrieved person to initiate this procedure against the alleged person, secondly if the FIRs are already there than its the call for the IOs to initiate for the process,
