Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Brother in law is got addiction in drinking after going to Foreign with his wife. When they went to Foreign they were just 2 months old married couple. Now that lady came back after an year without his knowledge as he told his parents to book the ticket and came back. Now my brother in law is saying I will change my character if she comes back to live with me. But she is not accepting and she is asking for the money and gold from us. she filed the case in the police station. Now police is asking us to give money and gold. NOw what needs to done
