Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If there is no concluded contract with respect to transaction of a property and the complainant based on some irrelevant documents tries to restrain the deal, is it legally enforceable.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A contract is concluded only when all the terms and conditions stipulated therein have been fulfilled and it is signed, sealed and delivered by both the parties. The complainant can restrain the deal before the contract is concluded and it is legally enforceable.
