Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to my advice to your query posted on 20.07.2013, you should refrain from initiating legal action against the landlord, as it will not serve the purpose. You and your family is in anyway not residing in the flat, so you should not unnecessarily disturb your sister's life.

Court intervention is not recommended.

Regards,
