Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Is dashboard camera in India legal.Recently I had an experience where a man parked his car with dashboard camera where some women were standing.I am not sure whether the camera was recording or not.But I doubt bad intentions.What can a person do in such a situation to make sure the camera isn't being misused?In this case the driver had so many free space to park but he parked directly infront of the women and left the car.I noted down the car registration number.

The dashboard camera may not be illegal in India, the utilities like spying on someone and using it for stalking someone can be illegal.
