Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir, My uncle has made a habit to go to Police station and report me , he puts all false statements about me because we are having a property dispute he always harresses us he is giving me mental tension, and blocking all development chances of our property, Iam 45 yrs old and he is around 74. I want to go to the court in the pretext that he is forcing me or creating situation that I end my life , I have a small son which is mother less , What shall I do that every thing becomes normal for us .

Sir, you cannot change a person's habit. However, you may make a complaint to the local police with copies to higher authorities giving all the details of previous incidents.

Dear Sir,

You should file your reply in the Police station clearly stating the facts to prove that your uncle is wrong in his claims. Don't ever lose heart. Whenever a property is being developed, you should always work jointly towards a "win win situation" and ensure that both, you and your uncle benefit from the deal. If you are going to harm a snake, it is obviously going to bite. Interact constantly with your uncle and ensure that the process is resolved very smoothly.
