I want to submit the Janhit Yachika in court against IRCTCfor Money deduction against waiting list ticket. Suppose that I have booked the ticket as wt. list & railways not provided the confirm ticket why they have deducted the cancellation charges.

2) Clerkage for cancellation on RAC/WL tickets had Government approval.
