Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

dear sir/ma'm my case is of harassment by neighbour. i live in an unauthorized colony and its a crowded place. its our own house. myself, my wife and my 11 months old baby are residing on first floor while ground floor is on rent. on the back side of my house there is a narrow street next to which there is a gardener (on contract basis) in a govt organization living on his own property. as its all very congested so whatever we say in our room is audible to them. he, his wife and his three children keep on mocking and repeating whatever we say in our bed room. when we go to our balcony then also many a times some comment is passed in the form of any song or some other statements which are repititions of what we have been talking in our room. most of the time they are not visible as they ars saying it from inside their room. whole day his wife keeps on shouting on their children and indirectly commenting on me and my wife. it has become very difficult to go out into our balcony for my wife as she has become scared of such kind of indescent behaviour. i have been noticing their behaviour for a long time but previously it was less and during summer the low volume sound of our window air conditioner somehow used to mask external noises so it was not troubling so much. sound of my wife's name resembles billi (cat) so many a times when she is going into balcony they would talk with their children "dekho billi (cat) aa gayi" (see the cat has come) etc. i am recording their voices for last 14-15 days but as usually we are talking in our room at a low pitch our voices are not much audible in the recording, theirs are more. whatever they say its in form of a converstion with each other or with their children. what should i do?

i FEEL YOU ARE OVERREACTING. bECAUSE YOU GET UPSET AND IRRITATED they pester you. If you ignored them and carried on with life as if nothing has happenned they would get bored and stop this. However if you still feel it is intolerable make a police complaint against them .For further queries contact 9312411481
