Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir/Mam,
The person was expired on 2003, but the bank have sanctions 25 Lack Rs. with the mortgage of same person in 2007.
The person have will dated 1992 but still he don't have BBMP Khata, to borrow a loan the third person submitted registered will date 1992 with fake Khata & Tax receipt to borrow a loan on dead man shorty.
I have the last Unregistered Will dated on 2002 with Khata & all tax paid receipt on my name also we are in the position of the House.
Please give me your suggestion about this.

Dear Saran,
You should lodge copies of the Will along with your written complaint to the Tehsildar / District Registrar regarding correct title owner's name thereof.
