My father and mother was expired and my elder brother was missing and we have property in bhandup they not putting my name on sharing certificate and my father put nomination 50 Shar to mom 25 my share and 25 brother they told me to give 5000 for development charges fees should I pay or not I need guidance and your suggestion in this matter
