My father has three sons . But my father has given the name of two sons in his service record with Banaras Hindu University. He got retired from his service in February'2010 .

I am the real son of my father but my father has not given my name in his service record with Banaras Hindu Universiy. I have got my name in all my education certificates, ration card and local panchayat register along with the other two sons of my father but my father has not given my name in his service record .

Can i file FIR against my father in the local police station for hiding the real fact in his service record and if yes under which Section i can file the FIR against my father
