I am a doctor and belong to a noble proffesion n when i married my husband divorced me after just 2 months of marriage wthout any solid reson n snached all the jewlery given to me on walima and wedding night gift. Even in these 2 months he spend just 15 days with me then went to dubai as he works there as a charted accountant. I already claimed for the gift bt can i also aplly for hatak e izzat as that divorce without any reason in a very short time made me answerable to everyone.

what reasons he assigned / or wording used in the divorce deed can be made basis for a legal action if that is offensive or more. just for plain divorce he can not be made answerable.

sister it depends on your case and in present situation you have strong case but first you must file the maintinance dawer case and after that the case for damages i.e. hataq e izat.
