Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father died 3 months ago without writing the
will.the legal heirs are my mother,my
brother,myself and grandmother(widow). now we
have to change the house property to my mothers
name. for that is release deed given by
me,brother and grand mother is enough or do my
aunts (fathers sisters) has rights in it after my
grandmother died. the property is self acquired by my father. please tell me the procedures for transferring it to my mothers name.
