my father in law has three sons sasur ji ne jitni bhi property banai thi uska batawara jiteji hi kar diya tha unhone apni property ke chaar hisse kiye the teen tino beto ka aour ke plot jo unke hi naam ka tha use apne hi paas rakha tha ye sab 1990 me hua lekin sab kuch aapasi sahamati se hua koi bhi written papers nahi hai uske baad 2004 me sasurji ne ek ichha patra banwaya jisme unhone spasht kiya ki unhone apni sampatti ka batwara kar diya hai aur ab apne naam ki jameen vivek mera beta usko dene chhahate hai mere husband ki death 1998 me ho gayi thi batware ke baad se hi saas sasur mere hi paas rahte the unke jite ji aur marne ke baad bhi unka saara kaam maine hi kiya hai ab jab maine wo plot naam tranfer ke liye diya to ubnone noc maangi lekin dono bhai usme apna hissa mangte hai hamase galti ye hui ki hamne ichha ptra ko ragister nahi karwaya tha ab aap bataye mai kya karu i am an india n resident
