Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Mauritius
My father have three plots of lands and we are three sons. He decided to give everyone one plot. But my brother has taken loans of big amount on two plots and for lonf terms. advice me whaaat to do in that case and he brainwash my parents and made them signed as guarantors for all loans.

Dear Sir,
Nothing happens till your father actually registers a Gift Deed of each of the plots in your respective name or makes a Will stating which plot will go to which son. Till such time your father actually does either, the title of the plots remain in your father's sole name only. Nothing can be done since your parents are guarantors to the mortgage loan taken by your brother.
