Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my friend has sent the nude pics of vagina, breasts and ass without face to her fake boyfriend under force through mms and email. is it illegal sending in India? is she unable to get govt. job now in India ? she is broken down . pls suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since there is no face to the pictures, there is no individual identity tagged to it, and nobody has been harmed in the bargain and she has done nothing wrong. No, it is not illegal sending such pictures through mail to adults in India. No, she is free to apply for and is entitled to any job or profession - Government or private.
