Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My grand father was expired without distributing his coparcenery property.

Now my father and his brothers are decided to share the property.

Mean while my fathers sisters enetered in to the scene and asked for share.

My fathers and his brothers are denied for that. Now issue under dispute.

Please guide me for the law.. If fathers asset is self aquired and not self aquired.

We are paying house tax, land tax for the one of the property since 20 years.

I heared some where if we are paying tax for any property since some of the days it can be treated as his own property...is it correct?
