my grand mother expired in 05.03.2010. my grand mother give register velunama to my mother at 08.03.2007,after this velunama my grand mother gives again give velunama to my name k.l.sadasiva reddy on 20.02.2010 which velunama is powered.

my mother velunama is registered 08.03.2007

my velunama is govt of india notary on 20.02.2010

my grand mother expire date is 05.03.2010

which velunama is powered in ur velunama act law .please give ur valueble suggestion

Dear Sir,

The latest Will of your grandmother will prevail over all the previous Wills she has made. Hence, your grandmother's Will made in your name is final.

The last Will prevails over all other previous Will/s. Last Will, which is properly executed, Will need not be registered, but it must have two attesting witnesses.
