My grandfather brother was having only one daughter but he gave all his propert to his nephew's wife some 30 years ago as bakshnama .can his daughter claim property after his death?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Only the Donor of the Gift Deed (bakshnama) can cancel and revoke the Gift deed made by him anytime during his lifetime. After the Donor's demise, nothing can be done to claim title of the estate / property gifted by the Donor.

Such a gift can not be cancelled even during the life time of the donor
