Dear Sir / Madam,

India separated from Pakistan in 1947 and Bangladesh was formed in 1971. There was no partition of India thereafter. Your birth in 1973 is after partition. Since your father is the title owner of the agricultural land in his name in the 7/12 utara, he does not require your consent if he wishes to sell it. I am not able to trace the case quoted by you. Please mail link to my mail ID.

Regards,
