Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nepal

Hey there,
My family has been harassed by someone since quite a time now. Someone has been calling and threatening my family saying i took money from them, though that's not true. They don't give their name or any proof to show what they have got on me. I don't know what to do can you suggest what should be my move?
