Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I have a question. I am getting several missed calls by anonymous numbers. the numbers are like +6768489462, +25244569451 7 +32468902373. These all calls looks like from inter calls (VOIP Calls - Voice Over Internet Protocol) and are made by mobiles internet or laptop internet. Now I am fed up as I am getting these calls (only one or two rings) in late night hours of sleeping like 2:30 am or 1 am sometimes 4 am. I can not block the calls as every time the calls comes from different number (sometimes, even a single digit is different so can not be blocked all the calls). how can I get rid of these calls. i have all the record in my mobile. can police trace these calls out or i hace to complain FIA cyber crime wing? Can i go to court directly for directions to FIA cyber crime? I will prefer to go to court. thanks

Yes you can file a formal complaint with the FIA or can invoke the court for the appropriate orders.
