Dear Client,

If the alleged was inherited from your fathers ancestors, your father can not make a legal gift to one of the siblings. You are also required to share the property if your sister takes lega action to get her share in property.

If the property was purchased out of the earnings of your faher, then he can make a gift of the property to anybody. Then your sister can not claim share in the poperty.
