Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

IN HUF, there were a husdand ,wife and 3 son's (son1,son2,son3).

The property made by husband to his wife name(she is house wife).

After the death of her husband, the son3 claim for property in court,under this situation wife gift deed some part of property to son2 so since the property issue was in court ,is the gift deed made by wife is valid?

All the four persons have equal share in HUF. The Gift is invalid if the wife has gifted from the total share. The wife may gift only her share to the Son 2. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

If the matter was sub judice then the gift deed may be hit by sec52 of transfer of property act.
