Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a joint flat alongwith my father at 303/B,Pearl Apts.,Sanghvi Complex,Naya Nagar,Mira Road(E). I came back from abroad after 3.5 years and facing mental and emotional harrassment. They are constantly threatening my wife and my son with dire consequences if i dont leave the flat. The loan was taken in my name.
I have paying the emi consistently till now.

It is a family matter, first try and resolve it amicably.
If not done so, then you may initiate legal action to separate, and you need to prove that you have paid the money and not your father.
