Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nigeria
Been married for 15yrs.l have female children. 14 and 3yrs old.l had an affair With an ex and confessed to my husband 10 yrs ago and since then he has been using it as an instrument of torture to my life.l want to have custody of my kids as l leave.how can that be possible?

You can apply to the court for custody of the children. The court will consider your current situation and the best interest of the child in deciding whether or not to grant custody.
