Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my maternal grandmother's 2nd husband (late) brought a 2-portion house on maternal grandmother's name. In 1998 we (my mother who is maternal grandmother's + 1st husband's only child & aunty - who is maternal grandmother's + 2nd husband's only child) collapsed old house & constructed the house ground floor & our building side steps there and some empty space there. Later some years constructed 1st & 2nd floors together (3+3 houses). Since August 2011 we reside at 1st floor (in which house current bill is on my aunty's name) and my elder brother & family reside at 2nd floor. Now, my maternal grandmother is telling that she gave the aunty living house as dowry to her. now from past 1 month beside my residence aunty's elder daughter (2nd daughter lived in other major city) re-modeled with tiles & marbles and living here. Now, my maternal grandmother is telling that I don't write the property on my mother's name and said will take the building (ground floor+1st floor+2nd floor building) for money (I think she would cost only building in that case). (my aunty's husband also told them (aunty+my maternal grandmother) that we are living place is half to my aunty and half to my mother). At the time of aunty's marriage my maternal grandmother's husband gave money also as dowry. The total building's municipal and water tax on my maternal grandmother's and aunty's name. They have cheated like this not going to give the property (land + buildings) on my mother's name. How to take an action against them by law and what r the rights to have my mom? She didn't get anything from her own father as her mother not get divorce legally and her father remarried and they have 3 daughters. Is there any chance to get any property from my mother's father side legally, my maternal grandmother's 2nd husband was her sister's husband's elder brother.

my aunty has 2 female children (1st govt. teacher married govt. teacher, 2nd s/w engineer married s/w engineer)

my mother has 2 male children (me, computer operator married pvt. school teacher (we have only son), my brother govt. pharmacist married pvt. school teacher(working present past 1 year only) (they have only daughter))

my brother with his family resides together from 1998 with my parents and I joined with my parents in 2006 then last 2 years we are residing separately.

my maternal GM is getting pension as her husband was railway employee since around 1988. She did not give any amount to my mom, all pension will give to her daughter (aunty) as she lived with her.
