Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Mother in Law is holding the property in her name.My father-in-law was sick for long time 7 years. My husband was taking care of all the properties. My father in law earned all the properties. My husband also renovated the house. My husband has 2 sisters. My mother is telling that she would not give anything to his son. My husband is also accepting that. I am having kids. Is there anything I can do to get the partition from them.

Dear Madam,
You have very little choice than to maintain good healthy relations with your mother-in-law, because since the title of the property is in your mother-in-law's name, she is in a position to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit. Don't listen to your mother. You have to run your family, your husband's future is your future.
Regards,
