I am the plaintiff in civil suit ,can i amend the cause of action para of the plaint,this is in initial stages.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Even though the hearing is in the initial stage, you will need to submit a revised writ petition to the writer through the Judge in the Court.

you can move an application under order 6 rule 17 of C.P.C for amendment of your suit.
