If I use a product and it have a reverse action on me can I file a case on that company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can lodge a complaint in the Consumer Forum claiming medical expenses for treatment and compensation from the Company that has manufactured the product, for the reverse action and harm caused to you by the product.
