Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

There is a property consisting of three shops on Hall Road, Lahore. The property has three co-sharers. Lets assume A, B and C. I used to pay rent to co-sharer A or tenant of A. I am overseas Pakistani and failed to pay rent on time. Co-owner/sharer A filed a lawsuit against me in Court of Civil Special Judge Rent.

Civil Special Rent court dismissed my application and ordered eviction. I appealed against order in Session court and my application was dismissed again. I challenged the decision in Lahore High Court and my application was dismissed again.

Just before the Lahore High Court decision, I purchased the same property from Co-sharer C and had verified sale deeds. My status changed from tenant to owner. I filed a lawsuit of (Permanent Injunction) in Civil Court against this referred Co-sharer A. I have the sale deeds and possession.

I need guidance in above scenario that is there any law /section and reference given in constitution , Supreme court or past references related to above scenario that owner cannot be disposed.

Thank you. Looking forward to positive reply.
