Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
A property partition case 87/2010 is underway at sindh high court karachi at final stage.
In the mean time my real brother file another suit in the court of civil judge karachi east under application U/O XXXIX RULE 1 & 2 CPC R/W SECTION 151 CPC in the year september 2017.What is the legal position about new case?

On 21st oct I appeared in the civil judge court I submit an application requesting him to allow me in person suddenly he told me with whom permission or under which law you are submitting this application ,when I told him I am a retired govt servant and I cant afford a fee of a lawyer,he was too much angry and said to me now I am going to arrest you and sending you to the central jail karachi and you will be in jail with hathkari,without informing me my mistake,he ordered me standup in the corner of court room because I have passed order that you are accoused. From 9 am to 2 pm.The civil judge kept me stand up in the corner of court room from 9am to 2pm when I inform the civil judge my daughter of class first year is waiting for me .The judge told me I have passed my orders now you will go to the hawalaat with hathkari with the concern police.
Once again I request to judge my younger daughter may kidnapped from college, then after one hour judge ask me what do you do and whats your education? I told him I am a retired govt officer from state bank of Pakistan and I am graduate then the judge after passing some time told me now this is first time I am forgiving you If next time when the date is due you will present me any application in your hand writting you will be in jail. unfortunately a civil judge is being personalized and threating me without any reason from day first.Now what is remedy for me ?? What can I do about the missbehaviour of civil judge with me.
This is very important I am father of 3 young daughters my 2 daughters are studying in KARACHI UNIVERSITY and 1 daughter in a govt college and my son is 26 of age .
