Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

How can i prove my registered will?

My mother wrote a registered will in favor of my name(excluding my sis) for her owned earned property.. my father also wrote a registered a will for both me and sister for his inherited peoperty....both my parents wrote a will on a same day same time with same witness and it is registered one after another in registration office before 40years.

My sister sold her share from fathers property by fathers will.

I sold some of my mothers property which she gave only to me.

Now my sister asking share in my sold property (mothers)and property am having now from mothers property.

She filled a case....i have my mother registered will.. she is having my fathers registered will. She claims that mother doesnt write any will.. both will witness are same and passed away before 20years.

Pls advice...

as both the wills registered together 40 years back, it may be treated genuine. you can produce certified copies of both the wills to the court.
