Rama rao purchased a land from Sreenivas on the basis of ten rupees stamp paper which is unregistered.total amont paid to Sreenivas by Ramarao.Ramarao is in the position.After three months of purchasing the land Sreenivas died.then Rama rao had gone to court to register the land by sreenivas wife and his daughters.court has given a order to register the land on the name of ramaarao through sreenivas family.sreenivas family came and registered the land to ramaarao according to the court order.
But sreenivas debt some amount from Ramesh kumaar.After deth of sreenivas ramesh kumar went to the court and attached the property of Ramarao.
First Ramesh kumar went to the court and attached the property which is purchased Ramarao from Sreenivas.second Ramarao went to the court to register the land by Sreenivas family.
Is there any right to Ramesh kumar to attach to the property of Ramarao purchased land.
Heare one thing Ramesh kumar attached on the property of Ramaraos land which is purchased from Sreenivas and Sreenivas house.
Is there any right to Ramarao to go to difamation on Ramesh kumar.
