Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My name is not in record with the land lord list of tenant or a possessor still he collects rent from me by cheque in X Y name since last 20 yrs and refuses to issue rent receipt in my name.How to bring on record the Possessery Rights and suit to be filed on whom?
