Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, my father in law has settlement his own house by 2003 to my husband as a share and by 2011 he cancelled the settlement deed. In between by 2010 he went out from this house. The deed was registered by the name of my husband. But my husband didn�t change the house tax and EB to his name. But my husband is paying the house tax and EB. Now we are enjoying the suit property right now . In favour to this my father in law cancelled the deed. We registered the case in court. What will be the judgement for this case
