Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir mere padosi ne bagal ke sarkari chakrod par kabja kar liya hai. Uske upar 122b ka mukadma bhi kiya . Vo mukdama hara bhi .jurmana bhi bhra .lekin abhi tak chakrod se kabja nahi choda hai aur pakka makan bhi banwa liya hai .sir ab mai kya kar sakta hoon .please help me

App sarkari department main RTI file kar sakte ho, aur pooch sakte ho ki court order ke baad kya action liya gaya hai, kabza hatane ke liye.
