Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Greetings Sir/Madam,
I purchased a peace of land 4 months back and I am the legal owner. Construction of boundary wall is completed under my father's presence there. Now the seller of that land has filed an application to police against my father for street space. My question is I.e.
Is it legal for the seller to file case against my father knowing I am the purchaser and owner of that land?
Can my father file a case of harrasement and damages against the seller ?
