Tenant is not giving possession of godown even after 6 months after expiry of 5year lease deed. Now tenant has filed case for preperty protection showing wrong evidences. What to do ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have not renewed the lease, you should straightaway first lodge a Police complaint against the Licensee for "illegal trespassing" into your godown. You should tell the Licensee very politely to immediately vacate within 3 days and hand over the keys to you, failing which you should make arrangements to break open the door lock of the godown, and throw all his goods / belongings out of the godown overnight, and put your lock on the door. Just "kick" him out, because he's trying to act too smart and is trying to "pull a fast one" on you.
