Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My tenent is basically a criminal now in conditional bail for beating his neighbour.

We need our house back but he is not vacating the house. After huge negotiation, he aggreed to give key to us.

So the tenent went out and we are living in the house. But he still kept his belonging to my house and not taking.

At the same time he threatening of false complaint stating that his money/jewels missings etc.

How to handle? Please advice us.

We are not abordable to hire a lowyer.

Suggetsion and comments needed. Pls help me.

You may inform him in writing to take away his belongings and claim rent for keeping the same with you.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should inform the tenant that if he fails to remove his / her belongings from the flat within 7 days, and if he / she fails to comply, you should :

a) either tell the local sweeper to take away all the belongings from your house or;

b) visit the nearest Police station, and request the constable on duty to call your tenant to immediately clear his belongings from your house.
