Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My uncle have made a release deed for 69.33 R (gunta), and we have registered it with registrar office, but when we had gone to talathi for pher , he said that he is unable to make calculation of 69.33 R (gunta) and he said that we should make it in round off, and he is asking for correction in deed.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask the Talathi to carry out actual measurements of the land and if necessary make corrections in the actual area accordingly.
