Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

a woman having two identity card with different name but she mentioned first name alias second name in marriage certificate.she changed her name because she is christian and she got married with a hindu person belongs to schedule tribe,so her husband changed her name for family purpose.she is working in a government department with the name of first identity(christian) and other name for family purpose so tell me is it any problem for that woman in her service or any crime she did.

Dear Sir / Madam,

A woman post her marriage always adopts her husband's surname, irrespective of her religion. In the Marriage Certificate, usually both, the maternal name and the marital name are mentioned therein. Changing her name on the service record to her marital name (husband's surname) is advisable and recommended.
