Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Hello everyone..
I was created a facebook page in the name of company which is tied up with my facebook account without company's permission and I was used to upload all the activities on the page but that were never cause any damage to the company. Suddenly one day company reported to the PS by saying that some one created Facebook Account without our permission and lodged FIR.
After 3 days when I came to know that they have filed a FIR, I was discussed with the management and they agreed to withdraw the complaint and we went to PS for withdrawal but PS don't allow us to withdraw in the PS and refused to take the written withdrawal letter and arrested me and I was released on the Station Bail. PS also seized my 2 mobiles. Plz give a clear picture of the future. I mean what will happen in the court. Is it possible to close it in the PS level? Is it a compoundable case or non compoundable case? How long it will take to close it? Please advice.
