INTERNET jurisdiction??
I am part of a group that is considering starting an adult web site. What we need to know is if our company is located in canada , but we use a web-hosting service based in the US , wich laws may or may not apply?

You can be subject to the laws of every place where someone either views your material or uses a credit card to access your site.
