i want to start a cyber cafe in patna,bihar,India.please give me details law information .

first you have to register your self for shop and establishment Act, you have to have a commercial place, you have to take the internet connection/wifi under the head/ and for the purpose of cyber cafe from the internet provider so that it will not been taken as subletting. you have to take the commercial electric connection for the premises.
